Labino Studio is a Glass & Jewelry Studio located in Grand Rapids, Ohio. Artist Baker O'Brien has over 40 years of experience working with glass and jewelry. Known around the world for her work, Baker is now focusing her talents on her custom jewelry.
ABOUT BAKER O'BRIEN
Baker O'Brien came to the Labino Studio as a metals student 1975, and subsequently became the sole apprentice to Mr. Labino. O’Brien worked with Labino until his death in 1987, then continued to run the studio under the auspices of Labino’s widow Libby Labino until she bought the Labino Studio in 1991. Baker continues to work in the studio today as she transitions back to a primary focus on fine jewelry.
